How to Create a Review

Reviews are reusable prompts that ask SchemeFlow to read the open Word document and flag issues. Use them for repeatable QA such as consistency, missing information, references, terminology, and report-specific quality review.

Steps

  1. Open Reviews from the SchemeFlow sidebar.

  2. Choose an existing review to run, or click New to create one.

  3. Give the review a clear name.

  4. Write the prompt. Describe what the review should look for, what evidence it should use, and what it should ignore.

  5. Add tags to help organize and filter reviews later.

  6. If the review needs supporting guidance, standards, or examples, save the review first, then attach the relevant files in the review builder.

  7. Click Save. The review is now available from the Reviews list.

  8. To run it, open the document you want to check in Word, select the review, and let SchemeFlow review the document in chat.

Notes

  • Keep one review focused on one workflow or report type. Create separate reviews for unrelated review goals.
  • Tags make it easier to reuse and find reviews later.
  • Attached files are useful for reusable guidance, but the prompt should still explain exactly how to use them.
  • Reviews run inside the Word add-in because they need access to the current document.
