How to Edit your Template
Edit a template to update structure, styles, or content.
Steps
- Open SchemeFlow. You should see the Home page by default.
- If not, click the back button in the top-left corner.
- Open SchemeFlow and go to the Templates page.

- At the bottom of the page, click Manage Templates.

- On the template list, you will see several options:
- Visibility toggle (control who can see the template)
- Tags (edit or update template tags)
- Delete icon
- Open and Save Template buttons

- Click Open on the template you want to edit. The template will open as a new Word document.
- Make your required changes in the document, such as:
- Updating dates (e.g. 2025 β 2026)
- Updating wording or guidance
- Making structural or formatting changes
Notes
- The Word document includes SchemeFlow tags and placeholders used for maps and dynamic content.
- Itβs best practice not to edit or remove these tags, as this may break the template.
- You can safely edit the surrounding text, headings, and styles.
