SchemeFlow Word Add-in Enterprise Deployment

This guide will walk you through the steps of rolling out the SchemeFlow Word add-in across your enterprise users. There are two different approaches you can take: 1. User-managed - the end user is responsible for installing the Word add-in from the Microsoft Marketplace 2. Admin-managed - your Microsoft 365 administrator makes the add-in available to end users

To install the add-in from the Microsoft Marketplace, please follow the instructions at this link.

For an admin-managed installation, some configuration is required by your administrator in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

1. Sign in to Microsoft 365 admin center. 2. From the left navigation bar, select … Show all, and then select Settings > Integrated apps. 3. Select the Add-ins link near the top of the Integrated apps page. 4. Select Deploy Add-in at the top of the page.

5. Select Next on the Deploy a new add-in wizard

6. Select Choose from the Store

7. In the search box, type in SchemeFlow

8. Find the SchemeFlow add-in in the search results and click Add

9. On the next page, select Everyone, Specific users/groups, or Just me to specify who the add-in is deployed to. Use the Search box to find specific users or groups.

10. Click Deploy. 11. A green checkmark appears when the add-in is deployed. To test the add-in, follow the on-page instructions.
